BREAKING: Buhari’s Minister, Hadi Sirika, in EFCC custody over N8 billion fraud


It’s gathered that the accused ex-Minister of Aviation appeared at the EFCC’s Federal Capital Territory Command around 2:00pm on Tuesday

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has apprehended a former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, over sharp practices and financial impropriety while in government.
Sirika is being grilled by the anti-graft agency in connection with an ongoing investigation related to money laundering amounting to N8,069,176,864.00.
It’s gathered that the accused ex-Minister of Aviation appeared at the EFCC’s Federal Capital Territory Command around 2:00pm on Tuesday.
The investigators of the EFCC are interrogating the former aviation minister over alleged fraudulent contracts he authorized for a company called Engirios Nigeria Limited, which is owned by his younger sibling, Abubakar Sirika
