Akeem Adeoye, the spokesperson for the NPF’s Zone 17 Command, announced Anas’s arrest in a statement issued on Wednesday.

Adeoye stated that despite being dismissed from the Force, the suspect had been parading himself as a uniform officer and that he was apprehended following a petition to the Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Police in the zone.
