activities through digitalization, noting that the effectiveness of E-Monitoring cannot be overemphasized especially now that the world has become a global village .Mr Afolabi Adebiyi, described training as a lifelong activity in which one continues to pursue more knowledge and skills for the rest of one’s life.for introducing the participants to the modern method of instrument
administration which would aid them in their project monitoring exercise.
