Supermega entertainment CEO secures US tour for Portable

Businessman and owner of Rhodes Island-based entertainment outfit, Supermega Entertainment, Olayinka Oni, has secured a music tour across the United States of America for Hakeem Okikiola a.k.a Portable.

Having been earlier allegedly accused of racketeering in his first attempt at getting a visa to the United States, before being dropped by the organisers of The Headies Awards for infractions and threats to other nominees in the ‘Best Street Artiste’ category at the 2022 Headies Awards in New York City, Portable’s American dream had, before now, seemed beyond reach.

Portable, who had wished for an American tour since he blew onto the entertainment scene in 2020 with the monster hit ‘Zazu’ featuring YBNL boss Olamide, now has his aspirations within reach with his upcoming American tour.

Olayinka Oni, using his influence and connections, has now secured Portable’s visa and spoke to Nigerian Tribune, saying, “I am a big fan of Portable and being a Nigerian Businessman in the Diaspora, know how hard our people wish to experience him in his real elements so I had to get him the visa by all legal means necessary.

“Because I am highly respected as an entertainment investor in the Nigerian community in the USA and it gladdens my heart to help our people in the Diaspora to experience what our people back home are enjoying is why Portable will be in New York on June 21. The tour will move across many cities for about two months”, he said.

Speaking on his instagram handle, Portable, reacting to his upcoming American tour wrote, “Akoi grace wey no dey disgrace! I am coming. Go get your tickets”.
