How has the journey been since you took to music professionally?

My musical journey officially began in 2017 with the release of my debut single, “Trumpet,” a captivating piece that showcased my early talent.

My career reached new heights in 2018 when I collaborated with two giants of the African music scene, Davido, and DMW’s Peruzzi, on the track “Kilode.”

In 2023, I got signed to one of Nigeria’s leading record labels, Fly Boy Inc. and G-Worldwide where I also got featured on Kizz Daniel’s latest studio album – Maverick.

Beyond music, I have made significant contributions to the industry, having written and co-written major hits like “One Side” by Iyanya and “Away” by Davido, among others.

Do you think your music has what it takes to gain international recognition? What are the elements?

Yes. My music has what it takes to cut across the world. I make Afrobeat music originally, Afro-soul to be precise, but soon you will witness the different dimensions I can go when it comes to music and a Grammy is a must, it’s just a matter of time.

What do you consider your greatest fear in life?

My biggest fear in life is the possibility of something happening to my voice, although I know it’s highly unlikely.

How do you handle your female fans, especially the admirers?

I handle my female fans well. I love all my female fans. They inspire and motivate me to make music they can relate to, I love them all and I appreciate their support thus far.

Name some Nigerian singers you’d like to work with and why.

The Nigerian singers I would like to work with are Wizkid, Tems, Burnaboy, Tiwa Savage, Rema, Patoranking and the list goes on and on. I believe each musician has their aura and pattern towards making music so I’d like to explore as many patterns as possible with these amazing artistes.

Who are the international singers you would like to work with and why?

The International singers I’d like to work with are Chris Brown, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Lil Durk, J. Cole, and many others. I also love hip hop and RnB and I would love to explore those sides as well.

When writing your songs, what are the factors you put into consideration as a source of inspiration?

The factors I put into consideration when writing is that I write based on how I feel most times, sometimes it is the things I see and the atmosphere around me, or based on an experience I went through.

What is that one thing that fame and success can never change about you?

I don’t know yet to be honest, I guess we’ll find out as I continue to make progress in my career, but one thing I’m certain won’t change is my love for God and music

Aside from music, what else can you do?

Aside from music, I love playing football, writing poems, and dancing.
